Lawyer Eitan Tsachor
Lawyer Eitan Tsachor is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1976) and was certified as a lawyer in 1977.
From 1977 to 1983, he worked as a lawyer in the Ministry of Finance, first in the Office of the Attorney General in the State Revenue Administration and then in the Income Tax Commission. In his last position there, he served as head of legislation at the Income Tax Commission and in this context was responsible for all issues of tax legislation and, among other things, drafted the legislation at the time regarding taxation of contractors, tax laws under inflation conditions and more.
In 1983, Eitan Tsachor retired from the civil service and opened an independent law firm.
From 1982 to 2006, Eitan Tsachor was the Center for Tax Law Studies (approximately 150 students each year) and a lecturer for third- and fourth-year students in the Department of Accounting, Ben-Gurion University, Beer-Sheva.
In 1986, Eitan Tsachor founded Ronen Publishing, which specializes in legal literature and databases in the field of taxes (bi-monthly "Taxes", "Taxes Online", legislative files - Keren, etc.) and publishes the publications of the Tax Authority, as well as Journals in the field of corporations and real estate.
Lawyer Eitan Tsachor has written many articles in the field of taxes and associations, he has a regular column in the Monthly of Accountants, as well as a training center and a lecturer in the fields of taxation and associations within the Bar Association, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Chamber of Tax Advisors and more.
In 2002 Eitan Tsachor was accredited by the Bar Association as a mediator, starting in 2009 he also serves as a notary.
