Taxation

The field of taxation applies to every person, employee as self-employed, and to every business body as it is. Dealing with legal advice and accompanying clients in this field requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding in the various taxation industries: income tax, value added tax, capital gains and capital gains taxation, knowledge of launch points between them and their implications for business activity planning.

Tax legislation in Israel is quite complex and covers dozens of pieces of legislation. In addition, there are countless procedural provisions and thousands of judgments of the various courts. Of course all of these change and are updated in the morning news. Control of these materials is the guarantee for providing solutions and appropriate legal advice in the areas of taxation.

Eitan Tsachor began his legal career at the Tax Authority, served as a tax lecturer at Ben-Gurion University for many years, a training center on tax issues for members of the professional bureaus involved in the field - accountants, tax consultants and lawyers - and lectures there. Eitan Tsachor edits the tax legislation files used by, among others, the employees of the Tax Authority. All of these are a guarantee that the knowledge in his hands is extensive and comprehensive, and more importantly - up-to-date!

Eitan Tsachor provides his 30 years of knowledge and experience in the field of taxation to his clients, from providing legal opinions, advising on building business plans, negotiating and representing tax assessors and field managers in the tax authority to representing in courts in civil and criminal proceedings.

In many cases, the launch between the legal and accounting issues and the reporting in the field of taxation is great, and therefore, as far as possible, we work in full cooperation with the accountants and our clients' tax consultants.

On this site you will find a wide variety of articles written by Eitan Tsachor
As well as judgments in the field of taxation.
